Do I shampoo my hair before coming?

Please do not shampoo before coming. Come with dry hair and scalp free of braids or extensions for all consultations, scalp treatments and HeadBath sessions.

All sessions are 90 minutes or longer and you will be laying down flat for the majority of the session. The suites are dimly lit for ambiance during HeadBath sessions, Essential oils are used for aroma therapy. Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities.

Please do not bring any children or guests who are not being serviced. Snacks and drinks are complimentary, please help yourself. Please text or call 210-901-1911 if you have any questions or special requests.

This is my first visit, What can I book?

If you are a new client who is visiting for the first time, you can book any service except, Hair Growth HeadBath services, (these require a discovery consultation first) or the Retain & Grow (This service is for returning clients only). If you are seeking a leisure/pampering experience see Signature or DeLuxe HeadBath. If you are interested in treatments for specific issue see HeadBaths only services. If interested in hair restoration services please book a Hair Discovery Consultation, for skin concerns (eczema/psoriasis), please book a Skin Discovery Consultation.

If you have a question, or need help deciding we offer virtual consultations which can be booked under the consultation section.

I want to come with a friend/group?

We only have 3 technicians onsite and space is limited. If you are a party of 2 or more, Please select a group booking to add all parties names. You can select a Doubles Signature or a Doubles Deluxe from the general services section. These services can be selected even if you're a new client.

I am pregnant, Is this safe?

All products used are natural and safe for expecting mothers. The sessions are 90 minutes or longer and most time will be spent lying down. Essential oils are used for aroma therapy(optional). Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities.
